SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Develop and maintain Group HR policy & procedure to support the business strategy and ensure compliance and alignment with the government policy & regulation
2.Support HR business partner team to build local guide line to ensure the effective implementation and compliance
3.Design and continuously improve salary system to meet the business needs according to the best C&B practice
4.Responsible for personnel cost budget proposal, monitoring, controlling and analyzing
5.Responsible for annual salary review, floating bonus program and provide C&B consulting service to management team
6.Participating in market survey, analyze market data and provide high quality bench market proposal
7.Provide technical support to HR business partner team on all kinds of C&B issue.
8.Manage the labor relation issue among the whole group.
9.Support HR Director on running all kinds of HR reports from HR database.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1.Above 5 years HR experience, among which, at least 2 years' senior C&B experience. Experience in multinational company is a plus.
2.Solid Experience in salary structure design, floating salary, salary survey, benchmarking and other C&B programs
3.Familiar with China Labor Law, Labor Contract Law
4.Good logical thinking and analytical skills
5.Good communication
6.Major in Statistics or Finance or Math is preferred
7.Fluent English
